Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to all software, mobile applications, web platforms, and services (collectively, the "Apps") developed and operated by Kokkoon. By using any Kokkoon App, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Security & Google Integration

Access: Some Kokkoon Apps allow or require you to sign in using your Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Security: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Kokkoon cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

Data Privacy: We host user data on secure Google Cloud infrastructure. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the functionality of the Apps.

3. User-Generated Content & Data Uploads

Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you upload to Kokkoon Apps.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Prohibited Use & Abuse

You agree not to misuse or abuse the Software. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Using the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Software.

Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain or to damage the service.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Payment: Certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Refunds: Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Updates, Changes, and End of Life (EOL)

Modifications: Kokkoon reserves the right to update, change, or temporarily suspend features within the Apps at any time to improve performance or security.

End of Life: In the event that a Kokkoon App is discontinued (End of Life), we will provide users with reasonable notice (typically 30 days) to allow for data export or transition.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & "Use at Your Own Risk"

Kokkoon Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Use of the software is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kokkoon disclaims all warranties. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any data uploaded will be permanently stored without the possibility of loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kokkoon, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
